The Work
This album was recorded at The Sound Garden in Madison, Wisconsin. It was engineered, mixed, and produced by Ken Koeppler who is a brilliant genius and a real nice guy.
The Why
Combo Noir has a penchant for dark and hilarious music; and, boy howdy, for our money there's nothing darker or more hilarious than the holidays. All of them. All year long. Yes, the holidays bring people together . . . which is generally a terrible idea. I mean, have you seen people? Good grief.
To Hell With the Holidays is a soundtrack for celebration, sulking, fighting, smooching, drinking, laughing until you cry, and crying until you laugh. No matter what you celebrate, where you do so, and with whom, we wish you the very best and hope you stagger down to a gig one of these days so we can shout "To Hell With the Holidays" together.
